Flooding in this period is made me sick of it. My cloth had not been waiting for almost 2 month, currently I think there is worm already; however, I hope it will not happen to me

Board Of Investment (BOI) meeting

As I am young, I don’t have any chance to enter like those elderly usually go in the company meeting process; however, in the beginning of November, I asked my father that I wish I am able to enter like a previous time. So the next day, he gave me another meeting project. It came from Board of Investment (BOI). I gain a lot of experiences and knowledge from there. Well, I just release that this BOI is not only helping foreigner but is also helping such as medium and small company as well. It also link to SMEs bank and other sector.

Perhaps, this is the most interesting part, is that I just see wrong timing of this meeting, so we were early about 30 minutes before it started. = = I get scolding how stupid I am. T_T With 30 minutes, we were wasting our time by taking photo around the hotel instead of taking a look on bourse and reading newspaper in the same article, flooding!.

Sliming shape

As you can see, my shape is keep expanding due digestion system. Fat is running on my head together those people keep annoying me that I should diet. In the past, I ignored on my shape and size because I thought that I am already thin enough for diet process; therefore, I keep eating a lot as long as I am able to gain weight. However, this statement is wrong; I keep eating without controlling amount of food and wrong meal timing. This is reason why when it comes to this age, digestion system begins to create problem such as burning fat.

Today, I went to one of the resort where is near to my house, there has swiming pool, golf and sauna. I went there with my sister and brother. Of cause, my sister is the one who is driving us there.

I cannot remember when it was our last meet. Today, it is a great day that i had a chance to meet them again, my lovely friend or we should call "Best Friend". Every times whenever we meet up, we always keep talking about the past or even talking about John Tan House. The story is always endless. So i meet Mr.Potae and Oh at my hometown. The first meetting's place is temple before we went to Kung Villa.Actually, we support to meet them at The Mall; however, i changed my mind as the traffic jam in front of this shopping is jam and overcrowded.

Today, i went to supermarket at Future Park to prepare for 9 Empire Festival with my Kom Kom. I bought a lot of food and my personal stuff. After finished buying, i met my ex-roomate, of course, she is fine. However, the first she was mention about me is my shape, " Are you gaining weight ?" She asked with her big shock eye. I replied, " Yes, i am". "How many kg?, my ex-roomate asked again. Ermm "3 i think" i answer her with a shame. Actually i gained about 5 kg in stead. when i came back room and i search in google how to diet. sighhhhhh

13 Keys to healthy Diet

The following basic guidelines are what you need to know to construct a healthy diet.

1 Eat plenty of high-fiber foods—that is, fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains. These are the "good" carbohydrates—nutritious, filling, and relatively low in calories. They should supply the 20 to 30 grams of dietary fiber you need each day, which slows the absorption of carbohydrates, so there’s less effect on insulin and blood sugar, and provides other health benefits as well. 3 Limit your intake of sugary foods, refined-grain products such as white bread, and salty snack foods. Sugar, our No.1 additive, is added to a vast array of foods. Just one daily 12-ounce can of soda (160 calories) can add up to 16 pounds over the course of a year. Many sugary foods are also high in fat, so they’re calorie-dense.

4 Cut down on animal fat. It’s rich in saturated fat, which boosts blood cholesterol levels and has other adverse health effects. Choose lean meats, skinless poultry, and nonfat or low-fat or nonfat dairy products.

5 Cut way down on trans fats, supplied by hydrogenated vegetable oils used in most processed foods in the supermarket and in many fast foods.

6 Eat more fish and nuts, which contain healthy unsaturated fats. Substitute olive or canola oil for butter or stick margarine.

7 Keep portions moderate, especially of high-calorie foods. In recent years serving sizes have ballooned, particularly in restaurants. Choose a starter instead of an entrée, split a dish with a friend, and don’t order supersized anything.

8 Keep your cholesterol intake below 300 milligrams per day. Cholesterol is found only in animal products, such as meats, poultry, dairy products, and egg yolks.

9 Eat a variety of foods. Don't try to fill your nutrient requirements by eating the same foods day in, day out. It is possible that not every essential nutrient has been identified, and so eating a wide assortment of foods helps to ensure that you will get all the necessary nutrients. In addition, this will limit your exposure to any pesticides or toxic substances that may be present in one particular food.

10 Maintain an adequate calcium intake. Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth. Get your calcium from low-fat sources, such as skim milk and low-fat yogurt. If you can't get the optimal amount from foods, take supplements.

11 Try to get your vitamins and minerals from foods, not from supplements. Supplements cannot substitute for a healthy diet, which supplies nutrients and other compounds besides vitamins and minerals. Foods also provide the "synergy" that many nutrients require to be efficiently used in the body.

12 Maintain a desirable weight. Balance energy (calorie) intake with energy output. Exercise and other physical activity are essential.

13 If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. That is one drink a day for women, two a day for men. A drink is defined as 12 ounces of beer, 4 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof spirits. Excess alcohol consumption leads to a variety of health problems. And alcoholic beverages can add many calories to your diet without supplying nutrients.

Nothing much for this trip, ^^ haha this is because we go by our own. We support to go with university bus but most of my friends didn't pay money, this is why we go by our own. The another reason also I HATE THOSE IDIOT MONSTER. They gossip about my group, hate them so much ! Furthermore, we go this trip without planing anything. My friends just said her uncle has resort then we go there to stay 3 day 2 night. This place also near to university camp, i think it is about 100 m far from our resort. So near right ^^ During this trip, i never do anything except drinking and sleeping, seriously never go anywhere.At first my friend open only 1 room and after she invite more people to come here, she open another room, from 2 to3, from 3to 4 ; however, my room just beside swimming pool. After we woke up, we went to university resort and have lunch there, but my friend said the food taste is totally horrible so we walked to other place to have our lunch there which is beside my camp activity about 5 minutes walk . i ate a lot. so hungry !!!!

My summer time support to be my holiday, I should relax at this time but actually it is not. Sign.....= = I sign up to study IE 121 Engineering Material and TU 156 C programmed. I am super tried they teach so fast and yesterday i just have IE 121 exam and you know what i have IE 121 class only 2 weeks and start exam already. The textbook is really thick

After exam, i went to watch movie with my friends. We are too much stress which have keep it inside. Now, it is a time to release it

I like it but for some people may not. After movie, I have TU 156 tuition , finish about 11 and eat dinner with my friend. This is very boring life. To make my life more fresh. I went to go clubbing with my friends.............Enjoy man ^o^

From now onward, I think I have to eat porridge everyday. The story is my mother just teach my maid how to cook but actually she know only the theory but for particle, she doesn't know. or can say that she doesn't know how to cook. However, the result is my maid can cook very well. This is very funny because the first menu is porridge, of cause I try it, the taste ????? , Very delicious haha = = This is why my mother addicted with this porridge so much and she asked my maid to cook it everyday for breakfast. At first, I liked it but for now, I am sick of eat, have to eat it everyday; moreover, my father didn't say anything. PLZ say or do something about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just reach home. As we know now Thailand is not stable, riots become more violent and people start to stay at home to watch situation. For me, my parents doesn't allow me to stay in Bangkok too, this is dangerous for me to leave there. Thus, I think I need to go back again. This is because 5 minutes ago, I receive a call. Let u guess from who ^^ Of cause from my best friend, Dephanie. It is totally unbelievable she is coming Bangkok !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to meet her. 2 years has gone so fast, many things happen, many things to do, so hard to adapt a new environment in university. However,I feel quite guilty because I don't have time to visit my friend in Singapore at all. Time has gone day by day, I need to prepare myself before going England (Nottingham) of cause, I will try my best for not letting this chance to go oversea again.

It seemd like 2 week had gone so easily. my univercity life is quite fun. I love all my friend here. well, this place is different from school in singapore. life here is interesting which i can do a lot of thing here. However, i think i will have problem in my study as most of the subject is quite difficult for mi or i didn't pay attention enough. i don't know about that. Today, i have physic experiment. well it doesn't go alone well. My partner is my friend friend. i didn;t aspect is HE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... U know yesterday, i went to orientation with my father.. this place is Muang Thong Thani, hall 9. Hall 9 is the place where people like to make their wedding. when i arrive there....= =i think i make a wrong mistake. I thought tt my father will go off first before the end of our orientation. Actually, he is the one who went off first and leave mi with my father friend daughter. = = my father and my father friend went to see the furniture festival at Hall1. Lol i want to go as well... Last Saturday, I supported to go out with my sister but suddenly, her boyfriend called and asked her for out!!. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the end, it turned out that i have to walk alone. Now i have nothing to do at home. Since i could not find my camera. So i asked from my father and he gave me this camera..... = =

Then I took around my house but not all. I am very lazy now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , lazy to go up.my mum will ask me to help her again. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to do accounting for her. I think i did well last time that is why she asked me again.

I don't know how to start my story. I have so many things to say. I think i should start like this.

1. I am very lucky. I came back to Thailand on 24 November and the next day, the airport was closed if i came back on 25 November. I will not be able to come out from the airport until now. = =

2. I arrived my house about 11 o'clock [ Singapore time ]. my house is very cold now. T_T. I didn't feel l like showering at all, even i have heater. i had to force myself. When i looked at my toilet, there was no soap for me. So i asked my mum and she gave me a shit soap. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The smell was nice but the colour was terrible. the soap was a bit brown and it was a solid. I didn't know how to use = = and didn't dare to use it too. thus the next day i went to buy my new soap. haha it was much better than i thought. my mum told me that her soap was much more expensive than mine. I don't care..........................O_o

still have le = =. more disgusting..............I don't know how my parents or high class people like to use it so much....

3. I just know that my father just came back from Finland. He bought a lot of thing but don't have mine. I think he love my mum too much coz he bought for my mum only. He bought a lot of brand stuff for my mum. my mum didn't use it at all and she gave it to me but i didn't use it. = = So i took only Dior lipstick. she still have CHANNEL but i think it is too old for me.

4. I have a new job..........haha since i am very free. My mum asked me to help her arrange all the documents for her. it was not easy at all. SO TRIED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5. I want to buy laptop like my father one. it is so nice.......................jealouse le...........HP GOLD colour........................= =

6. I HATE SPICY FOOD. I could not tolerate with spicy food. It was too spicy and too hot for me. Everytime, I drank a lot of water and my face turned to red. My tear came out. TOO HOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. Lastly, I MISS ALL MY FRIEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW ARE YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I AM DOIND FINE HERE.......................

Well long time i didn't tough my blog since July and my friends kept asking me to update

My graduation has over. Our graduation night was at Marriot hotel. At first, Dephanie ,Shila and I were not interesting at all. We felt that it was very boring and actually it is. Haha when i arrived hotel. Everyone looked at me. I didn't know why and i didn't care much. I afraid of someone who wearing the same dress as mine. It felt weird if it is really happened to me.= =After that, I called Shila. She arrived before me. I wake up early today to UPDATE!!! my blog. I think I didn't update almost 1 week. I have so many things to do except study. Now is holiday and this year is my O' level. I support to study during holiday but it turn out that I go out more than stay at home. Will I do well for my O'level ??? O_o I hope it will be fine........

For this week, nothing is so special but on Saturday I met Siew teng. We had been a long that we didn't meet each other. I went to Orchard to watch movie with Dephanie and Siew teng. We watched Kung fu Panda at Cineleisure. It quite good for me as the place is near to my house. This is why I had to wake up early and walk to Cineleisure to book ticket for them = =.

Before we watched movie. Dephanie was hungry. So we went to eat together. Siew teng and I ordered desert but Dephanie ordered break rice. As it was on the weekend that why there were so many people. I hate crowded.

OMG I was so happy that she called me because she miss me but it wasn't. She asked me to help her to do her picture nicer than this...= =" so many people said it is nice..............Look!!!!I am not so free. k.... I help her as she help me to buy something..... Finally, I have time to update my blog..My friend is waiting for me to update it quite long ^^, let me tell you my story on Saturday. I sent my Brother to airport, he was going back to Thailand. I felt a bit jealouse of him T_T. IF not because having O level this year, I will go back as fast as I can, " I miss Thailand so much". I called Emma too as I wanted to send her back after sending my brother but fortunately, her airline was in terminal 2 as my brother was terminal 1. So I could not send her at that time. Before my brother leave, he gave me his money, it about $370. This money is for his school fee but I already used it and now is going to finish soon. I felt so guilty . After I sent him, I went to Expo for Food festival, there had sale such as Popular and Adidas. I bought 1 pair of Adidas shoes. It was really very cheap, I bought it only $39.....and it was a last pair. I felt so lucky man.

I know it quite nice .....haha

For sure, I cannot skip Food festival. I loVE to EAT so much !!!!!, this is the last thing I went before I went back home. It was so crowded. I think most of them were aunty or around that age ( I mean older ....^^) I was so happy man. The food was damn nice, especially fish ball, I liked it man and the food was quite cheap, I could remember that my friend bought coffee about 4 packets, the price was half of the usual price. Before I went back home, I bought Chinese desert. I think that day I spend money more than $100.= ="" and I bought top up card too which is $25.

For today, I studyed with Dephanie and Jian Wen at Boon Lay library. But I think we learn nothing. Because we keep eating and talking. ^^

I went to school late again. It is because I couldn't sleep yesterday, Only at about 4 did my eyes started to close.my alarm clock rang 2 hours later.I woke up and switched off my alarm clock.I continued sleeping .I realized only after my roommate called me to wake me up. I didn't feel anything as I felt that i didn't want to go to school today. I send a message to Aoy before I left my house. She replied to me that she was late too,so I asked her whether if she wants to eat in MacDonalds with me before we go to school and her answer was yes.

I ate this......haha I know it is nice.....^^

After we ate our breakfast, we walked to school together.I just know that I am late for 5 times this term. Overall of 2 terms, it is about 15 times that I was late. WOW it is too many for me out of the 5 years in Boon Lay Secondary School , haha.I will try to go early next time. Today, I did not have any lesson. The others were having mother tongue for almost half of the day and after recess I had 3 periods of maths and English. After school, I had preliminary oral. OMG!!!! I didn't even prepare for it at all neither did i practice. I did not feel nervous but I felt angry as teacher was trying to stop me........I did not even complete my sentence and she started with the conversation already. = =""" Anyway, the same thing also happened to shila....I am irritated O_o
